We don't want to give too much away. Here are the most important facts in a nutshell.
Location
Klein und Haarig will take place from 29 May to 1 June 2025 at the Christophshof campsite in Bad Wildbad.
Cancel ticket
Cancellation of purchased tickets is only possible within 24 hours of purchase.
Arrival by car
Please note that this year, due to our limited financial and personnel capacities, there will be no parking spaces on site and no shuttle service to remote car parks. We therefore recommend traveling by public transport. There is a very limited number of parking spaces on site. A campervan ticket, which you can buy in our ticket shop, is required to use them. Car tickets that have already been purchased can be converted into campervan tickets at an additional cost. We will contact you personally.
Arrival by public transport
The nearest train station is "Bad Wildbad Bahnhof". From there, the bus line 7780 takes you directly to the site approx. every 30 minutes - bus stop "Bad Wildbad, Zeltplatz" We’ll provide information on favorable connections (local and long-distance transport) on Instagram.
Campervans
Camper pitches are located on the festival grounds. Please bring a waterproof tarp to place your camper on. Oil and fuel must not end up in the ground.
Payment
You can only pay with cash at the festival. There is no possibility to withdraw money.
Waste and environmental protection
The entire festival site is located in a water protection area. We have pledged to leave the campsite exactly as we found it. Please help us achieve this goal - use the garbage cans, garbage bags and ashtrays provided by us and do not leave defective or intact tents, pavilions or camping chairs on the site.
Camping
Camping is included in the gathering ticket. You can pitch your tent in the designated camping area. Please take note: A power line runs under the camping area. Pegs and tent anchors longer than 30 cm are therefore not permitted.
Barbecue & fire
You can prepare your own food at our barbecue area. Private barbecues are not permitted on the site. Open fires are strictly prohibited except in the central fire pit. Camping stoves are allowed.
Food
We will offer a daily changing vegetarian / vegan dish of the day as well as our signature fries. Please note that there will be limited opening hours. The sale of food ends on Sunday at 4pm. Unfortunately we will not be selling breakfast this year.
Drinks
Fair prices for non-alcoholic drinks, as well as for beer, wine, secco, long drinks & shots. You can also bring your own drinks in normal quantities to the festival area. However, please bear in mind that we are dependent on the income from the bars to maintain our festival.
Toilets & showers
There are permanent sanitary facilities and hot showers on the site (as long as the gas supply lasts).Tags and graffiti are not welcome here. Otherwise we will need to have them removed at for a high cost.
Security
The following items are strictly prohibited at the festival: all pyrotechnics, drugs, drones, weapons of any kind and other dangerous items.
Accessibility
The site of the Klein und Haarig Festival is unfortunately not barrier-free. The ground on the site consists mainly of meadow and sandy rock. The stage by the stream is only accessible via stairs. There are no barrier-free sanitary facilities (toilets and showers). There are several seating areas in various places on the festival site. The distances from the two stages to the camping area and the sanitary facilities are short. As we are unable to set up quiet zones due to the size of the site, animals are generally not permitted. You can contact us individually if you wish to bring assistance dogs. The responsibility for the welfare of the animal lies with the owner, as there are no rest areas.
Kinder & Minderjährige
Children and minors may only enter the festival if accompanied by a parent or guardian. We explicitly advise against traveling to the festival with children or teenagers, as we cannot provide any quiet or rest areas. Should you still decide to do so, we expect you to be aware of your responsibility and take care of your children yourself. Children under the age of 14 do not require a ticket. Children under the age of 10 must wear ear protection. Parental tickets are not accepted. Parents are liable for their children.
